Pleach

Founder — concept to launch

Kitchen-costing software for chefs. Type in ingredient prices once, build your recipes, and Pleach returns the real cost per portion and food-cost % for every dish — catching the money-losing plates before service. The whole thing is mine, from the first idea to the product, the design and the marketing site. Currently in free beta.
